Abstract

The cities’ GDP will compare different ones for seeing the variation among the similar ones know how they would improve that one through analyzing the local situation and its surround cities and meantime learn the priority and better ones’ experience from other excellent places as well. The better practice may produce the better achievement that may help us rapidly enhance its economy state through main aspects attainment to same level with other good one. So that the efforts must proceed from now on to propose five-years strategic planning even more than ten-years how the detailing transaction behavior would proceed alignment in actual one with detailing allocation by government constitution and think tank rapidly and priority preparation. After they pass the related members meeting the all of preferential items must regulate into those aimed company bringing out the high-technique industrial innovation that might form security̖ high-profit &high-efficient industry dynamic to push the tertiary, secondary &primary ones positively. Meanwhile, the vehicle special new energy one will wield its strong power in secondary industry due to needing a lot of assembling the mechanical̖ electric̖ electronic̖ decoration aspects that they may occupy many industrial supplies ultimately. So the vehicle industry can play an important role in the steel̖ artificial intelligent program̖ chemical &new materials etc. requirement from supplying maker in up-stream ones. Therefore, the synthesis materials and software will play importantly effectiveness in promoting GDP value and y-o-y growth value primarily as a pillar influence represented the key secondary one occupations. On the other hand, the new technique still demand many researcher and experts to continually search the details direction around the new energy vehicle including its rechargeable-battery performance to which the innovation product can be applied like subsidiary-driven software in order to secure driving in high-speed and complicated roads. There would still many searching direction in supporting the new-energy-vehicle development basis and its research content like how to decline the contaminated fuel exhaust emissions that may influence human being health and climate change &public sanitation. So that as for improving atmosphere and clean air quality the new productivity must be advocated and used based on hydrogen fuel̖ hydraulic power̖ nuclear generation station etc. many aspects for us to positively search sustainably. As for developing agricultural automatic device like supplying water with suitable temperature and amount upon artificial intelligent management and advance agricultural machinery accelerating research and its applications to the actual occasions that it will accelerate the entire work efficiency &speed with electric power even hydrogen fuel with precision work efficiency and low fuel cost than traditional diesel machine.
